The Process Is Quite Simple
Live Music Consulting is the no cost, hassle-free means of finding the right musician for your event. If you are in search of one or several musicians for a party, corporate function, wedding, or any other event, you may use our matching service, free of charge. We will guarantee the quality and reliability of any musician or group of musicians with whom you are matched through our service.
The best way to start is to fill out a contact form. While it helps to include as much information as possible, we do understand that many Patrons will not know exactly what they are looking for in a musician, and will most likely not have all the details of their event ironed out. At LMC, our goal is to provide all of our Patrons with the peace of mind that comes from a quality guarantee and flexible levels of guidance.
After filling out a contact form, one of our Consultants will contact you directly via phone or email to discuss your preferences and options. Your assigned Consultant will ask additional questions to gather as much relavent information about your event as possible. He or she may also offer suggestions based on his or her experience in the field. Once you give your Consultant permission to go forward, the matching service will begin and the the musicians for your event will be contacted.
During the next phase of the process, your Consultant will introduce you to your Referring Musician (RM), or head Performing Musician (PM), who will be your contact for the actual event and will discuss details such as repertoire, payment method, timing, attire, etc... Should you have any further questions or concerns throughout this process, your original Consultant will always be available. Additionally, he or she will follow up with you upon the conclusion of your event.
